I began taking this product on Monday January 30th.Today is Sunday February 5th and I've completed my first week of the alcachofa (drinkable solution). I have lost 5 pounds. For the past 3 days my appetite has been suppressed. I am very pleased:)!!!!

i just started on feb 4th and i already feel lighter!!!I will weigh my self in one week i weigh 160 right now !!!!see u in one week

alcachofa is the best it really does work!!!! i stopped takin for about 3 months and went back i am now 5lbs less in 1 week!! great energy!!!
